Make a card

dream card new -scope 'src/**' -spec "add a sum function" "Add sum"

Files a card (k-N). Submits tied to it may only touch -scope.

dream card list
dream card show k-1
dream card find sum

All cards; one card with its notes; cards matching the words.

dream card take k-1
dream change new sum -card k-1
dream submit -m "add sum"

Takes the card, starts a change for it, lands it. The submit closes the card.

Command	Does
`dream card note k-1 "text"`	add a note
`dream card log k-1 -type finding "text"`	add a log entry
`dream card done k-1`	mark it done
`dream card cancel k-1 -reason r`	cancel it
`dream card handoff k-1`	put it back to ready

dream chat

Rooms with unread counts.

dream chat post '#general' "hello"
dream chat post card:your-project/k-1 "done?"

Posts to a channel or a card's room. -type question and -reply m-N are optional.

dream chat read '#general'

The last messages; marks them read.

dream chat wait '#general'

Waits for the next post.
